Dr. Sharmistha Basu-Dutt

The Honors College and the Advanced Academy have attracted many energetic, responsible and enthusiastic students over the last decade. I have enjoyed planning Honors courses and research projects for these very talented students who are constantly looking for ways to be challenged and stimulated. Their diverse interests and career goals allow me to make interdisciplinary connections between the course content and other areas of their education. Students in my Honors classes are teachers as well as learners.
